Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of cpophones.net and any purchase you make here. The site is operated by LEK Telecom LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. We sell to end consumers in the United States only, for personal use. We do not knowingly sell through this storefront for commercial resale.
2. Products, condition, and descriptions
Every device sold here is pre-owned. Condition is described by the grade on the listing and defined in our Condition Grading Standard. We describe devices as accurately as we can, and where a listing and the grading standard conflict, the grading standard governs.
Device manufacturer names, model names, and images are used solely to identify the devices we resell. We are not an authorized dealer, agent, or repair provider for any manufacturer.
3. Carrier compatibility and unlock status
Lock status is stated on every listing. An unlocked device is not guaranteed to work on every carrier or every network band — compatibility depends on the carrier, the model, and the network technology in your area. Check compatibility with your carrier before you order. A device that is genuinely incompatible with your carrier is covered by our 30-day return policy.
4. Pricing, orders, and acceptance
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send order confirmation and ship. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where a product was mispriced, is out of stock, or where we suspect fraud. Inventory here is often a single unit, so a listing can sell out between your click and your checkout.
5. Shipping, returns, and warranty
These are covered in full by our shipping policy, refund policy, and 90-day limited warranty. Those documents form part of these terms.
6. Your device data
Every device is factory reset before shipping. When you return a device to us, for any reason, you are responsible for removing your data and disabling any screen lock or account lock first. We cannot accept, service, or refund a device that remains locked to your account.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.
8. Intellectual property
The CPO Phones name, logo, site design, page copy, and product photography are ours. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
