Condition Grading Standard
Every phone we sell carries a grade of A, B, or C. The grade describes cosmetic condition only. Function is not graded, because every device we sell must pass the same functional standard regardless of how it looks.
True of every phone we sell, at every grade
- Fully functional: screen, touch response, all buttons, both charging and data over the port, speakers, microphones, all cameras, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and cellular radios.
- No cracks or chips in the display glass or back glass.
- No dead pixels, no visible screen burn-in on a white background, no discoloration or pressure marks.
- Battery health at 80% or better of original capacity.
- Clean IMEI — not reported lost or stolen, not blacklisted, no unpaid carrier balance.
- Carrier-unlocked, unless the listing says otherwise in the title.
- Factory reset, with all previous Google and Samsung accounts removed. No activation locks.
If a device can't meet all of the above, we don't sell it. It isn't downgraded to Grade C.

Photographs on a listing are of the actual device where the listing says so. Where a listing uses a representative photo, it says that too, and the grade is what you should rely on.
What comes in the box
Unless a listing states otherwise, every order includes the phone, a new compatible USB-C charging cable, and a SIM tray tool. Pre-owned phones do not ship with original retail packaging, a wall charger, headphones, or manufacturer accessories. If a device does include original packaging or extras, the listing will say so.
A note on battery health
Battery capacity is measured at the time of grading. Batteries are consumable and lose capacity with use — this is normal and is not a defect. Our 90-day limited warranty covers a battery that falls below 80% health within the warranty window.
If we grade it wrong
Email support@cpophones.net within 30 days with a photo. You choose the remedy: we refund the difference in price between grades, or you return the phone for a full refund with return shipping on us. This is set out in full in our refund policy. No restocking fee, no argument.
