About CPO Phones
CPO Phones is a direct-to-consumer storefront for certified pre-owned Samsung and Android smartphones. We are operated by LEK Telecom LLC, a Colorado limited liability company based in Parker, Colorado.
What we actually do
We buy pre-owned phones through established wholesale supply channels, not from the public. Every device that arrives here is inspected, functionally tested, checked against carrier and IMEI status databases, factory reset, and graded against our published Condition Grading Standard before it is listed for sale.
Every phone we sell is backed by our own 90-day limited warranty and a 30-day return window.
Why buy certified pre-owned
A two-year-old flagship still does everything most people need a phone to do. The difference between that phone and this year's model is measured in features most owners never open — but the difference in price is measured in hundreds of dollars. Buying pre-owned also keeps a working device out of a drawer or a landfill for another few years.
The catch with pre-owned has always been that "good condition" means whatever the seller wants it to mean. That's the part we're trying to fix. Our grades are written down, published, and the same on every listing. If a phone arrives worse than the grade you paid for, our return policy tells you exactly what happens next, and it doesn't involve arguing with us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell devices with a blacklisted, blocked, or unpaid-balance IMEI.
- We don't describe a carrier-locked phone as unlocked. Lock status is stated on every listing.
- We don't sell contracts, service plans, financing, or lease-to-own agreements. You buy the phone outright.
- We are not Samsung, and we are not an authorized Samsung dealer or repair provider. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., used here only to identify the devices we resell.
Who runs it
Questions, complaints, and "is this the right phone for my mom" emails all go to the same address: support@cpophones.net. We answer within one business day.
