We can't buy phones that are carrier-locked or still being paid off, reported lost or stolen, cracked, or still signed in to a Google or Samsung account.
How it works
- Request a quote. Fill in the form below. We reply by email within two business days.
- Ship it free. Accept the quote and we email you a prepaid label. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
- We test it. We check the IMEI, battery health, screen, cameras, buttons and charging, the same way we test every phone we sell.
- Get paid. If the phone matches your description, we pay the quoted amount via PayPal or some other mutually approved mechanism. If it doesn't, we send a revised offer. If you decline it, we ship your phone back free.
Before you ship
- Back up your data, then sign out of your Google and Samsung accounts and factory-reset the phone.
- Remove your SIM card and any case or screen protector.
- Find your IMEI: dial *#06# or go to Settings > About phone.
